How do we get one?

It all begins with a phone call or email to one of our friendly staff. They will take your basic contact details and will pass this on to our sales team. A member of the sales team will then call you back to further discuss your enquiry, and at this time arrange for a no obligation site visit. At the site meeting our sales member will go into detail on what your requirements are, the type of building you could adopt, it’s location, site access, expected time frames. A full specification sheet will then be sent to you along with an agreement form for you to sign should you wish to proceed with the build. On receipt of the signed agreement a BACS transfer or cheque for 50% of the build costs will be required to initiate ordering and construction. 3-4 weeks after construction has begun we will contact you again to arrange an installation date and to ensure nothing has changed with regards to access etc. Upon installation the second stage payment is required, and approximately one week after construction has begun onsite your completed garden room will be ready. At this stage as long as you are entirely happy with the build the remaining payment is required…….and we give you the keys.
