What Guarantees Do you Offer ?

All our buildings come with a 10-year guarantee as standard on structural components and roof coverings. Doors, windows and internal components will be covered under the respective manufacturers guarantees.

Modapoda will only guarantee the structural validity of the buildings when they are used in conjunction with our standard terms and agreements.
