Modapoda supply and construct garden buildings pre-wired ready for connection to mains services. These will need to be done by competent and certified individuals or contractors. Modapoda do not carry this out but can recommend a number of contractors who would be happy to carry out this work for you.

Modapoda provide a “low impact” range of foundation systems designed to minimise excavations on site. We can at an additional service and cost construct concrete slab foundations.
