What are your payment terms ?

We operate on a stage payment term for all our buildings. On signing the agreement a first stage payment of 50% is required for material purchases and to initiate the construction phase off-site. A second payment of 40% is required on the day of installation. The remaining 10% is not required until the room has been finished to your satisfaction.
